Prepping to Never Actually Need It
Spare Parts, Heating Food, Medical, Communication, Defense, Financials
As David Icke keeps saying, you are consciousness, all that is, ever has been and can be. Never forget that we have manifesting powers. We manifest our reality all the time, usually not consciously. Focusing and visualizing what we want though is not enough. The emotions we have determine what we pull into our reality. That’s why it is so important to stay positive. Live your life and express your beingness as if what you want is already in your life. This is impossible if you’re constantly worried about what may be thrown at us next by the evil entities deceiving us into thinking they run the planet. This is why I began writing about being prepared. This provides you with peace of mind and the certainty that whatever comes, you will be OK. Thus you can push the worry and fear aside as they are no longer necessary. In the last few posts I wrote about food storage, back-up electrical power and growing your own food. This article will be the last in the series for now, wrapping up some lose ends such as the importance of spare parts to have on hand, food cooking options, medical preparedness, communications, defense and financial preparedness.
Spare Parts
If you depend on things for daily living, you need to think about getting spare parts in view of supply chain issues and manufacturing issues since workers are missing (died suddenly or disabled) after getting the clot shots. For example, are you dependent on your car? Maybe get an extra set of tires, brake pads, spark plugs and a reserve battery. Car batteries in the South Florida climate rarely last longer than 18 months. It’s essential to have one or two spare batteries as back-up. Do you have well water? Then you better get a spare well pump, house pump, pressure switch and filters. Do you grow your own food? Better get enough soil, seeds, fertilizer and natural pesticides as described in my last Substack.
Does your AC air handler need a new breaker every so often? Better get a few. The same goes for AC filters, pool filters and any other filters you may use regularly. Do you use a medical device such as a CPAP machine, blood sugar meter or blood pressure measuring device? Better get extra parts and maybe even an extra machine. Is your washing machine or dishwasher old? Maybe think about getting spare machines. Go through the things you use daily or weekly and make a list of what you can’t live without. Then decide what spare parts and items you want to get.
Don’t forget to stock household supplies like cleaning supplies, soap, personal care products and especially TOILET PAPER.
Heating Food
If you have back-up power as described in my post before last, you can run quite a few essential devices. However, stoves, coffee machines, water boilers require a lot of electricity and will drain your back-up power fast. For cooking food and boiling water, it’s better to look into other options: BBQ grill, solar cooker, Fire Pit, Fire Place.
Propane, coal or wood BBQ grills can be used not only for grilling your meat, but also boiling water and sautéing vegetables. I have used my gas grill inside the house during a hurricane to cook dinner. You will need an ample supply of fuel, be it propane tanks (they have an expiration date), bags of coal or wood. If you live in an apartment with a balcony, you can use a grill to heat your food.
Solar cookers come in all shapes and sizes. They use sunlight to heat the food which works well, but it requires sun light and time.
If you have a yard, you can build a fire pit and use that to cook your food. If you have a fire place in your home, you can cook your food there. In both cases you need an iron grate to put your pans on and of course fire wood.
Medical Preparedness
If you need to take medicine regularly, ask your doctor for an extra prescription to build a back-up supply.
Keep some allopathic emergency medicine on hand for common issues such as:
Allergies: Loratadine (Claritin) or Benadryl
Pain: Naproxen (Aleve), Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Aspirin and others
Infections: a variety of antibiotics
Diarrhea: Activated charcoal capsules, Loperamid (Imodium)
Skin irritation: Cortisone salves
Eye issues: Eye drops for irritated and dry eyes
Ear issues: 80 proof alcohol to stop a beginning ear infections. Ear cleaning kit for ear wax
Yeast infection: antifungals as tablet or topicals
Lacerations, Cuts: Disinfectant, Band Aids, bandages, gauze pads, surgical sewing kit, Steristrips, splint
Buy a Merck manual. It’s the cheat sheet book for medical doctors to look up the low down on symptoms, diseases regarding causes, diagnosis, testing and treatment. If possible, consult a health care practitioner before embarking on medical DIY.
Natural Remedies: Buy yourself one or two books about herbal and other natural remedies. If you suffer from frequent urinary tract infections for example, look up the herbs to use and buy yourself a supply of dried herbs and appropriate dietary supplements such as Cranberry extract, Buchu, Corn Silk, Marsh Mallow, and Bilberry. For respiratory infections, you can get essential oils such as oregano, eucalyptus and Thyme to drip into boiling water and inhale over the pan with a towel over your head. Of course you can look up such home remedies online, if the internet works that is.
Keep a bunch of dietary supplements for specific uses on hand. For example, bronchitis with tough mucus can be alleviated with NAC. Certain mushrooms, Elderberry, Chaga tea, Cat’s Claw root, Echinacea and other herbs boost the immune system.
Communication
If it’s essential for you to be able to stay in touch with friends and family, don’t depend on land lines and mobile phones. If they live close enough, a walkie talkie may do, though their range is very limited. My family lives 3 car minutes away and we live on flat land, but the walkie talkies don’t work.
You can get a HAM radio if you can get a license and have the money and know how.
You can get a satellite phone or Bivy stick which can be used to send text messages over satellite. Then learn to use the equipment. We recently tested our sat phones and found that there are some things you need to know: where do you point the antenna? In our location we are supposed to point them in the direction of Ecuador. You need to be outside with no obstructions. This also means that you get wet when it rains and that you can’t leave your phone outside all the time as the rain, sun, snow would destroy it.
Then you need to find out what number do you dial from sat phone to sat phone or from a US phone to a sat phone, from a sat phone to a US phone or phone in any other country. From sat phone to sat phone you dial 00 and the number. From sat phone to land line you dial 00 and the country code (001 for the US, 0044 for the UK, 0041 for Switzerland and so on) and then the number. To dial to a sat phone from a regular phone you dial 00 and the number. You need to agree on a time to call each other once the phone lines are down, e.g. at noon because you aren’t outside with a sat phone all the time. This means your sat phone is not connected to a satellite if you keep it inside.
Defense
Home and self-defense are a personal issue because the decision whether to buy weapons is different for everybody. You need to decide beforehand under what circumstances if at all you would be willing to harm or kill someone in self-defense. But even if you go through all kinds of scenarios in your head, you will ultimately have to make a split second decision if it ever comes to that. You can keep a weapon simply for peace of mind and hope never to have to use it. You can keep a weapon to use solely as a deterrent to chase away intruders. Will you be able to do that if they are armed as well? Most likely you will get shot first unless you’re really trained well. You have four options when you have intruders in your home: Flight, Hide, Fight or Give in.
If you do get a weapon, get training and practice regularly. Know your laws. For example, shooting someone because they want to steal your valuables is illegal in Florida. You may only shoot if your life is in danger, not your valuables. Keep your weapon safe if you have children in your home. Store the appropriate ammunition for your weapon.
Besides ballistic weapons, you can also get a fearless dog, knives, swords, Nunchuks and other such tools. If you’re fit, take self-defense classes. Karate, TaekwondoDo, Judo, Aikido, Ju Jitsu are nice to learn but until you get to the point to be able to proficiently defend yourself, a few years of regular training are usually required. There are self-defense classes and Krav Maga classes that skip the regular martial arts training and go right to self- defense techniques. The main point of these techniques is to incapacitate the attacker long enough for you to get away.
Finally, having a home and self defense plan and capabilities gives you the peace of mind and freedom not to ever worry about needing it. Remember the law of attraction: you attract what you fear. Being prepared takes away the fear so you can focus on positive things. Most victims of violent crime are the fearful ones, the ones hurrying through a dark parking garage, looking around and exuding the vibes of fear and thus becoming a match in frequency to the incident they fear most. So prep and forget.
Financial Preparedness
I’m not a financial advisor by any means and nobody really knows what is coming. The main advice given by most advisors is to diversify. By that I don’t mean stocks, bonds and other instruments of the elite controlled casino. If banks close and ATMs don’t work due to a power outage or cyber-attack, you need cash on hand. Hyperinflation is often talked about, particularly in the US concerning the loss of value of the US Dollar once it’s no longer the world reserve currency. Then the cash on hand will not buy much anymore either. In these situations good old gold and silver are good to have as they usually keep their value. Don’t buy coins with collector’s value. If you can’t find a collector that wants to buy your coin, you never get your money back. All you can get is the price of gold by weight. Just get bullion and bars that trade by weight not by name. Get some smaller denominations like 1/10 oz. or 1 gram pieces as you don’t want to use an entire ounce of gold to pay for something like food. Valcambi has bars that break into 1/10 oz. or 1 gram mini bars.
Last Tips
Don’t advertise your preparations. Keep it in the immediate family.
Find ingenious hiding places for valuables, cash. If you have a built in safe that is bolted to the floor and wall use it. If it’s not bolted down, thieves will carry away the entire safe. So don’t use it for such things. Investigate hollow books, cans and other similar containers.

Seasonal flu and colds result from dehydration.
Cold air holds the least moisture.
More time is spent inside heated rooms with dryer air.
The lungs prefer we breathe air with 30-50% humidity. The respiratory mucosa must then condition the inhaled air with salt plus moisture so the air reaching the alveoli is at 100% humidity (this is dew point).
The lungs are responsible for rehydrating the RBCs as they pass through the alveoli capillary beds with salt water. This is why the intravenous saline drip is ubiquitous in hospital care, RBCs are rehydrated as they meet the saline solution.
When the mucosa is subjected to a period of dehydration it compensates with the production of mucus until the respiratory tract is rehydrated.
Salt restriction is a curse to adequate hydration as water follows salt.
Respiratory symptoms are immediately aided with the addition of salt. This is why the old remedies worked.
Salt nasal irrigations and gargles, salt mine sanatoriums, seaside sanatoriums.
And why chicken soup and bone broths were used in convalescence - salt + water
Oxygen is a poison and the gaseous exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide is a malfeasant mis-direct!
The administration of oxygen causes damage and this is why it is primarily prescribed for the terminally ill. Palliative care is not kind!
Oxygen is a poison because it is a powerful dessicant used to remove moisture.
