Good relaxing breathing exercise. Everyone should practice this to take you from a parasympathetic state to a sympathetic state. Great for heart rhythms. Thanks , Bernie

Thank you for making this. This is The Way. Do I hear a Dutch accent?

Thank you. No it’s a Swiss German dialect accent. Though English is my father’s tongue I can’t shake the accent of my mothers tongue 😂

I get it. The most difficult ones are the mixed accents, because they can result in ones that mimic others. Coming from NL I felt, and still feel, you sounded Dutch-ish. Greetings and thank you foe the great videos, because their message and the practice are crucial.

Thank you this is really helpful and timely - I've just started to explore the 'field' between us and I had discovered that holding my breath helped me enter a deeper state and your exercise seems to be a very effective way to quickly enter that place ❤️
