This is interesting. I tested two vegans who grow their own organic food, hadn’t received the shot and they had some of the worst looking blood that I’ve seen.
I am an organic-only Vegetarian; I think Vegan is a death cult, so I posted the link below to my podcast about it. I am a pure-blood who has had no needles in me for 20 years, I have no Bluetooth signal transmission, and I would be surprised if my blood looked awesome because our whole environment is contaminated.
Dear Anita, coincidently I heated up blood sausages in water recently (I am in Belgium = extremely geoengineered). Whilst I heated it in water, white worm-like things crawled out. I took photographs. I wish I could send you the pictures. It is horrific.
If you have your photos backed up on Microsoft account or have an android phone you can click share on any photo in your albums and an option to create link will be there.
Thanks for that info. But... I don't own or use a cell phone as I'm not willing to risk my life for the convenience of using such a noxious, radiation-emitting device. So I guess I'll have to pass on sending photos.
When I click share, it gives me the option to send this to facebook, through email, etc., but not to share photos. I wonder if that option only appears on phones?
I tested ground water and it was clear. It's hard to test vegetables unless they have juice inside. I think the difference between meat and vegetables is that cows, eat grass covered with chemtrail ladden rainwater, which is then absorbed into their bloodstream and distributed everywhere. Vegetables on the other hand don't have such a circulatory system. I think they will be mostly covered with it, but it can be washed off.
Non-Amish Cows are too vaxed up to get a bead on where the contamination is coming from. Besides that, their food is contaminated with who knows what. Then, the milk is processed, homogenized, and pasteurized. Goodness, what is in the bottle at the store?
1) compassion for animals ( do no harm to others);
2) being Healthy ( do no harm to yourself);
3) being environmentally conscious (minimize harm to the environment)
Now it is:
1) put the lives of animals above those of humans, reduce the population of animals and people;
2) Being a militant consumer of fake food;
3) Being a Climate Change Cultist and activist.
Veganism was thought up by conscientious, compassionate, empathetic good-natured individuals, but has been taken over by power-hungry world controlers. These were the usual Fabian Society members and British intelligence operatives working out of many different front groups, changing Veganism in multiple different vectors, finally inverting the original intention over a 20 year period. They were well-funded and supported by the establishment. They wanted a program that would deceptively ensnare people into the new program. The new program had multiple goals:
Sterilize the population;
Reduce the population;
Break up the traditional family;
Promote sexual promiscuity;
Normalise abortion;
Effeminate men (Beta Males/Soy Boys);
Masculinize women;
It goes on and on.
Many of rhe problems we are seeing today, are the outcome of this successful intelligence operation to destroy the Western world. Their plan is to destroy this society and bring in a new top down total control technocratic neo feudal control structure.
20 years ago, when I became Vegan, it was because of my compassion for animals. I did not need to eat them, so I stopped. I found a group of awesome healthy people and children who were looking for maximum nutrition for the brain and body.
Now, Vegans are part of a death cult; they are oversexed, under-loved, and abortion prone. They will eat fake cheese, meat and anything fashionably labelled vegan. Their health spirals into the dumpster, and they have no clue it is their lifestyle, lack of nutrition and miserable climate change, overpopulation death cult irrational mindset that is doing it.
I am vegan, and none of the list applies to me. Thus your list needs precision. "vegans are part of a death cult" you do not say 'some vegans' or 'most vegans'
You wrote 'their (vegans, meaning all vegans) health spirals into the dumpster" which does not apply to me. I am very healthy, way above my family. Most vegans known about vegan junk food.
Why do you need to be known for such attacks on people whom in general don't take part in the willfull killing of created beings that don't want to be killed? Or people that realize Dr Esselstyn proved that zero meat, and zero fat/oil with only home processed foods results in ZERO heart attacks and strokes?
Vegans don't want death on their plate, yet you turn that around and say they are in some death cult.
For some reason you need to repeatedly denigrate all vegans. I won't argue with you further.
I am contemplating what to do. I am angry about this contamination in one of the most hopeful realms, that of regenerative farming. Ideally the animals would be detoxed themselves, but I imagine it would be expensive for farmers.
After being vegetarian for 25 years I embraced lower-carb nutrient-density via Weston Price's work, and am passionate about traditional foods, sailed through menopause, haven't seen conventional internists in decades, and feel great, so this is a bit depressing.
I've been doing Dr. Ana Maria's home detox protocol, and wanting to stop it at some point, but am not sure I want to commit to a life of tempeh and eggs. I love the mediterranean style of eating w/ cheese and red wine, but we've learned wine is contaminated too.
Fortunately, there is the option to focus more on cultivating self-compassion and love for the living world, which is a high vibration that is protective for health. It would be interesting to study meditators who cultivate that daily and see the positive impacts on blood.
Re veganism's nutritional challenges - it really does require numerous amino acid supplements along w/ D3, CoQ10, and methylated Bs to make up for the lack of whole protein. Many vegan women insufficiently supplement and suffer from preventable fatigue which limits their lives. I have found discussing supplementation to be rather controversial, as veganism is a religion for some.
Dr. Anita, I hope you can analyze pasture-raised dairy too, cheeses and yogurts, and raw milks. Sure would be nice to know our strategic options.
I plan to check milk, but don't know if anything will be visible under the microscope. Cheese is a bit difficult as it's not liquid and cutting it thin enough is almost impossible. I have to experiment. I too am not vegan and never will be. I like butter, cheese and eggs too much.
"Got the Facts on Milk?" AKA the Milk Documentary, is a feature documentary that dared to question the much-publicized health benefits of milk and dairy products. A GIRL’S QUEST TO FIND OUT WHAT IS REALLY WRONG WITH THE MILK, ONLY TO BE BOOTED OFF THE USDA GROUNDS FOR ASKING THE WRONG QUESTIONS. Addressing myth, truth and all in-between, the film becomes a humorous yet shocking exposition that provokes serious thought about this everyday staple.
“I too am not vegan and never will be. I like butter, cheese and eggs too much.”
Let’s the assume that beef, pork, chicken, and dairy are in fact healthy choices. Would you feel comfortable consuming these products and feeding them to your family knowing that they are loaded with an array of: antibiotics; growth hormones; nitrates; red dyes; mercury; lead; grass and corn loaded with glyphosate; and state and federally mandated vaccines?
Thank you for the link to the documentary. Regarding your question , I think the origin of the food makes a huge difference. I would never consume non organic dairy or non organic non free range or non grass fed meat. We have our own chickens and eggs. Milk is raw from a local organic farmer. No vaccines, no hormones, no glyphosate, no gmo. That makes all the difference.
The corruption is the meat industry is more pervasive than you might imagine.
I lived off the grid and worked on a number of organic farms over the years. Back in 2016 there was a scandal in one of the Upstate NY communities involving a local farmer buying wholesale non-organic chickens and selling them as organic at the local farmers market. The community was outraged.
If consumers are buying meat and dairy from a local rancher, chances are the rancher working with a local slaughterhouse, in which case you can inquire what food source they are feeding their animals.
On the other hand, if consumers are purchasing meat and dairy from an outlet who is buying their meat products from a third-party vender, then under the new deregulation model, the consumer really has no way of knowing exactly where the meat originated or how it was grown. This is one of the main points in my article.

Re veganism's nutritional challenges - it really does require numerous amino acid supplements along w/ D3, CoQ10, and methylated Bs to make up for the lack of whole protein.
Use cronometer, and there you will see that its so easy to get all the amino acids. Obviously so many vegan mammals do just fine. D3 is cholecalciferol which is factory made literal rat poison (see Agent131711).
"Isn’t it strange that we get contaminated by the one food that the globalists want to get rid of?"
Not really, when you consider how our mitochondria work, why that food is so important to the mitochondria, and what that means for human health in the long term.
I would suggest looking at a much larger data set before making blanket statements re vegan and definitely keep emphasizing the avoidance of processed vegan food which is heavily contaminated. But regardless, it's not accounting for their light diet impacts. Likewise, with your grassfed farmer.
Clumping or rouleax blood is an electrical issue at its root.
My question was meant sarcastically. I only presented three samples of healthy vegans not as a blanket statement but a by chance finding with a lot of open unanswered questions so far.
Ah. Sarcasm doesn't always transmit effectively via social media😉
My apologies, to me it appeared as though you were championing veganism as a nanotechnology mitigation strategy. But I obviously misinterpreted it. 😁
As you say, leaves more questions than answers. Their lifestyle habits and family history would be interesting for DDx. Regardless, thank you for continuing to "work the problem", and keep the world rest of us in the loop🤗
They drink that water, too, as do some vegans and most of them are also exposed to shedders. So what makes them more resistant -- diet alone, or in combination with diet-developed immunity shields that are absent in non-vegans? Statistical analysis of blood health indicator data from traditional vegan/vegetarian societies might help to clarify.
Colour and form suggerst causation like in polymer "clots" found by embalmers, and, after being discarded, as the artificial biology drives growth.
Iron content in blood sausage ensures "worm" growth for a longer time, I guess, since iron's steady supply is higher than in "clots" discarded by embalmers.
The first sample: we shouldn't see so many interiors of the cells - target cells? infected? The neutrophils appear circular, was it within a couple of minutes of putting the sample on the slide? as they don't look active.
The cells are very clustered - some possibly synthetic or lack of zeta?
The second sample : About 10 ghost cells , same question , how long after prepping the slide to the picture? as rapid ghosting is an issue. Also perhaps 7 odd infected cells there.
The third sample: A very odd blood formation in the lower RH corner that I have not seen before. One lemon cell next to the cholesterol crystal. The others are sticky and sticking to the glass or other RBC's and stretching out with the serum flow. When these cells release they go back to a normal shape.
Not being critical but these are not the best samples of healthy blood that I am used to. A short video is always handy too.
That aside I have seen both great blood and sludge in both vegetarians and carnivores. World location also seems to play a part today for various reasons.
Yes there are quite a few target cells in the first image. I suspect it could be iron deficiency anemia, that could be due to a vegan diet. It took about 5 minutes from getting the blood drop to seeing this image.
The second one has about 5 ghost cells which again could be due to slight anemia as up to 10 ghost cells per field are considered normal. There are many possible causes but deficiency of iron, B12 and folic acid are common in vegans. Again, it took about 5-6 minutes passed from getting the drop to getting the photo.
Regarding Nr. 3 there are quite a few lemon cells. I'm not sure about those cells in the first image of the third sample. They look like ghost cells, but I have never seen so many in such a formation. They look as if they are on a different focus level and there were out of focus artifacts on the slide which usually present as these yellowish blurrs.
The main objective we do live blood analysis is to detect foreign material such as hydrogel polymers, nanobots etc. Of course we also check for the effects on blood cells due to such structures.
The meat industry—from producers, to packers, to distributors— is totally out of control.
Most meat consumers have no idea what they are actually eating or the source of their animal products.
My article, “Hold the Pickles! Hold the Lettuce! Hold the Pink Slime!” takes a deep dive into the industry’s corruption and atrocities.
Excerpt:
Fun fact: Beef and pork are the only two products imported into the United States of America that do not require a country-of-origin label, an industry-wide acronym pathetically referred to as “COOL.”
The result: Unless you are buying meat products directly from a local farm-to-slaughterhouse operation, you have no idea a) where your meat came from, b) when or how it was processed, c) when it arrived, or d) how long it’s been in storage. Even then, it’s a freaking crapshoot, because local slaughterhouses are subject to state and federal inspections and regulations but—similar to the ahh . . . highly respectable, and always reliable external inspection entities that have saved us from the questionable manufacturing practices of airline, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries—local in$pector$ are not immune from bribery and corruption.
Hold the Pickles! Hold the Lettuce! Hold the Pink Slime!
In your article, why is the pink slime disgusting? Trimmings are edible like other meat and attached tissue. Is ammonium hydroxide the offender? What concentration in a prepared product like hamburger being consumed?
This is interesting. I tested two vegans who grow their own organic food, hadn’t received the shot and they had some of the worst looking blood that I’ve seen.

Parasites have been found even in vegemite (Australian thing), viewed under a microscope.
It's ridiculous to believe it's not in EVERYTHING by now. It's in the air we breath and the water we drink ffs. Wake UP!
They might have been worms living in spoiled sausage, along with microorganisms? Not necessarily artificial biology from chemtrails?
Wow! How interesting. I am very grateful you shared this. Thank you.
The vegan thing might have been a coincidence, not a causative attribute.
I would think chemtrails would also affect fruit and vegetables grown outside. Did they treat their vegetables with something before eating them?
Thought about it as well.
Yes, chemtrails affect all food not grown in greenhouses. City water, groud water is also contaninated.
If I recall. Prof. Anita wrote about a greenhouse cuke and it was contaminated with the bioweapon.
Wonder what the water source was?
Could bioweapon components enter the cuke and soil via air?
What about shedding by contaminated workers and creatures inside the greenhouse?
I do not believe in shedding.
Here is my podcast on why:

I would suggest looking at a much larger data set before making blanket statements re vegan and definitely keep emphasizing the avoidance of processed vegan food which is heavily contaminated. But regardless, it's not accounting for their light diet impacts. Likewise, with your grassfed farmer.
Clumping or rouleax blood is an electrical issue at its root.
#follownone #mistakeswereNOTmade #getlocalised
"the one food that the globalists want to get rid of?"
Maybe the replacement would be even worse.
"cows eat grass contaminated by rainwater"
They drink that water, too, as do some vegans and most of them are also exposed to shedders. So what makes them more resistant -- diet alone, or in combination with diet-developed immunity shields that are absent in non-vegans? Statistical analysis of blood health indicator data from traditional vegan/vegetarian societies might help to clarify.
Political effects...
- vegans would become Targeted Individuals -- see "Flyer for Police" at https://targetedjustice.substack.com/p/first-report-on-civilians-with-havana
- vegans armed with knowledge and remedies could lead global rebellion and rescue of those less fortunate, or
- hordes of wired zombies would attack the vegans.
Would it not be simpler and faster to spy on how the cabal members and their families protect themselves from the bioweapon?
I am disappointed what you’re discovering about the organic meat and rainwater.
Branches like those In the bottom pic of the "worms" are not natural feature of worms, are they?
No they aren’t which makes the whole thing strange.
Hi Anita,
A few layman's comments on the blood here.
Respectfully yours, Matt.
Thanks for weighing in Matt! Always respect your opinions 💖
Hello Matt. Could you forward the link to Prof. Anita's article to other microscopists for more insights?
Hi Matt
Thanks for your input.
Anita
Thanks for this excellent article!

In your article, why is the pink slime disgusting? Trimmings are edible like other meat and attached tissue. Is ammonium hydroxide the offender? What concentration in a prepared product like hamburger being consumed?
